Case studies

What changed, measured, in organisations that cannot afford an unexplained action.

Every study below documents a Dipp AI design-partner engagement: the situation before Orcher, exactly which components were enforced, the instrumented numbers over the measurement window, and what the organisation did next. Partners are anonymised by sector and scale at their request.

Twelve engagements, one control surface.

Filter by what you recognise: your industry, the component you are missing, or the number you have been asked to move.

How to read these

Every number carries its provenance.

Figures are measured by Orcher's own observability and audit-ledger instrumentation over the stated window. They have not been independently audited, and we say so on every page and in every PDF rather than in a footnote nobody reads.

Market figures — adoption rates, traceability gaps, spend growth — carry their own source line and come from the Dipp AI industry report, Vol. I. Where a partner declined attribution by name, the quote is attributed by role and sector only.

If you want the underlying method for a specific measure, the communications desk will put you in front of the engineer who instrumented it.

Design partners deploy Orcher on one workflow, with the founding team beside them.

Applications are read by the founding team. We take workflows where an autonomous action touches a system of record and someone has to answer for it — claims, care decisions, credit, filings, dispatch, procurement. Approved organisations get an invitation, a workspace, and a briefing with the people who built the control plane.

Open to all regulated industries · one workflow to start

  1. 01

    Apply with one workflow

One class of directive, the system of record it touches, and the obligation behind it.

  2. 02

    The founding team reads it

A decision against the current cohort, normally inside one business day.

  3. 03

    Invitation opens the account

Accounts only open for invited work addresses. Nothing self-provisions.

  4. 04

    Workspace tracks the deployment

Status, briefings, invitations and the research library in one place.

Bring the workflow you cannot currently explain

Tell us the directive class, the systems of record it touches and the number you are being asked to move. We will tell you what Orcher would enforce and what we would measure.
