Why this company
The gap was visible from inside.
Running data and AI platforms in healthcare and at hyperscale makes one thing obvious: the constraint on enterprise AI is not model quality. It is whether anyone can stand behind what the system did.
At Humana, that meant infrastructure supporting more than $130B in annual revenue and over 20 million customers, under regulatory scrutiny where an unexplainable decision is itself the incident. At Microsoft, it meant platform engineering for the company's top 100 enterprise customers, where the same question arrived from every industry at once.
Additional work includes Technical Fellow and Founder in Residence at the Texas Medical Center, a $25B complex, and co-founding DawaSwift as CEO.
