Terms of Use

These terms cover this website, our published research, and invite-only evaluation access to Orcher. Production deployments are governed by their own written agreement. Last updated August 10, 2026.

01Who these terms bind

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Dipp AI Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at One Manhattan West, 51st Floor, New York, NY, United States ("Dipp AI", "we", "us"). They govern this website, the research we publish here, any account you create, and any evaluation access we grant to Orcher.

By using the site or creating an account you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

A production deployment of Orcher is governed by a separate written master agreement, order form, and data processing agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the deployment.

02Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are for named individuals acting in a professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details, including the organization you represent.

You are responsible for activity under your credentials and must tell us promptly at legal@dippai.com if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that is shared, misrepresented, or used contrary to these terms.

03Research, reports, and citation

The Enterprise Superintelligence Report, Vol. I, and our other published research may be read, quoted, and cited with attribution to Dipp AI Technologies, Inc., including the volume and publication date.

Figures identified as internal analysis or modelled estimates are not independently audited and must be cited as internal analysis, not as measured industry results.

You may not resell the research, strip attribution, present it as your own work, or use it to train a model or build a derivative dataset without our prior written consent.

04Evaluation access to Orcher

Evaluation access is invite-only, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and provided for assessment only — not for production workloads, regulated decisions, or processing of live personal or protected data unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

During an evaluation you agree to:

  • use only test or de-identified data unless a data processing agreement is in force;
  • keep credentials, keys, and non-public technical materials confidential;
  • not benchmark, reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the service for competitive publication without our written consent;
  • not attempt to bypass role bindings, audit logging, cost controls, or data-egress controls.

05Acceptable use

You may not use the site or any Dipp AI service to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malware, scrape at a volume that degrades service, gain unauthorized access, or defeat the accountability controls the platform exists to enforce.

You are responsible for the directives you issue and for the human authority bound to them. Human-in-the-Role binds an action to a named professional; it does not transfer that professional's legal or regulatory responsibility to Dipp AI.

06Intellectual property

The site, the software, the research, and all related materials are owned by Dipp AI or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. No rights are granted except those stated expressly here.

Orcher, Dipp Intelligence, Human-in-the-Role, Verified Execution Cycles, and the Dipp AI mark are trademarks of Dipp AI Technologies, Inc.

If you send us feedback, corrections, or counter-citations, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation, while you keep ownership of what you sent.

07No advice, no warranty of outcome

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, a warranty of outcome, or legal, regulatory, clinical, or financial advice. Statements about markets, competitors, and future capability are forward-looking and may change.

Except as set out in a signed agreement, the site and any evaluation access are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dipp AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site, the research, or evaluation access.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of these terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Dipp AI and its officers, directors, and employees against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or services, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

10Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or that continued access creates legal or security risk. Sections on intellectual property, warranties, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there.

Before filing, please write to legal@dippai.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly within thirty days.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and our obligations evolve. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
