We build Orcher, the agentic control plane that enforces Human-in-the-Role across seven components, and Dipp Intelligence, our Enterprise Superintelligence solution that compounds on verified execution.
Work directly with the founding team, building for customers from startups to Fortune 100 companies across industries. Help enterprises adopt frontier models, open weights and new compute providers without surrendering authority, economics or data control.
About the role
Dipp AI Technologies is on a mission to close the gap between an AI's advanced reasoning capabilities and an enterprise's ability to trust it with real work: verifiable, cost-disciplined, and in control of their own data. We build Orcher, the agentic control plane, and Dipp Intelligence, our enterprise superintelligence solution that compounds on every verified execution. You will work directly with the founding team and build for customers ranging from startups to Fortune 100 enterprises across industries.
What you will do
- Implement spend ceilings, budgets and pre-commit checks inside the control plane
- Model routing economics across a wide cost spread of model classes
- Hash every economic decision into the same evidence chain as the action
What we look for
- Strong systems engineering with a quantitative streak
- Experience with metering, billing or quota enforcement
- Care for correctness under partial failure
Experience
- 6+ years in backend or platform engineering
Education
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent shipped work
