What we are building
Dipp AI Technologies is on a mission to close the gap between AI’s advanced reasoning capabilities and an enterprise’s ability to trust it with real work: verifiable, cost-disciplined, and in control of its own data.
We build Orcher, the agentic control plane that enforces Human-in-the-Role across seven components, and Dipp Intelligence, our Enterprise Superintelligence solution that compounds on verified execution.
Work directly with the founding team, building for customers from startups to Fortune 100 companies across industries. Help enterprises adopt frontier models, open weights and new compute providers without surrendering authority, economics or data control.
About the role
You will run enterprise cycles with platform, risk, and compliance leadership in banking, insurance, healthcare, energy, and the public sector. These are multi-stakeholder deals with security review, procurement, and board-level scrutiny.
The product is technical and the buyer is sceptical, so credibility comes from understanding the architecture well enough to discuss it without an engineer present.
This is an early go-to-market role: you will help build the motion, not inherit one.
What you will do
- Own the full cycle from first conversation through security review, procurement, and close.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across platform, risk, compliance, and finance.
- Run rigorous discovery on control failures, spend exposure, and audit obligations.
- Partner with solutions architecture on pilots that prove governed outcomes.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Bring market signal back into product and positioning.
What we look for
- Track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise software deals.
- Experience selling infrastructure, security, or compliance products to regulated buyers.
- Ability to hold a technical conversation about architecture credibly.
- Command of a structured sales methodology.
- Comfort in an early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written.
- Integrity — we do not sell capabilities the product does not have.
Experience
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, including 3+ years selling technical products to regulated industries.
- Consistent quota attainment with references who can confirm it.
- Early-stage or founding sales experience is a strong plus.
Education
- BS or BA in any field.
- Equivalent professional experience is accepted in place of a degree.
Compensation and benefits
- Uncapped commission plus equity with a standard four-year vest.
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) with company contribution and travel coverage.
- Annual learning budget.
How we hire
- 01Intro conversation with the founder.
- 02Deal review of a complex cycle you ran.
- 03Live discovery and objection-handling session.
- 04Panel with solutions architecture and product colleagues.
- 05References and offer.
