What we are building
Dipp AI Technologies is on a mission to close the gap between AI’s advanced reasoning capabilities and an enterprise’s ability to trust it with real work: verifiable, cost-disciplined, and in control of its own data.
We build Orcher, the agentic control plane that enforces Human-in-the-Role across seven components, and Dipp Intelligence, our Enterprise Superintelligence solution that compounds on verified execution.

About the role
Every decision Orcher makes produces evidence: what was requested, who was accountable, which policy applied, what the model did, and what committed. You will own the ledger that records it and the export path that turns it into an evidence package an external auditor can verify without trusting us.
This means append-only storage with tamper-evidence, deterministic export formats, retention and legal-hold behaviour, and regime-specific reporting for frameworks such as the EU AI Act, SOC 2, HIPAA, and sector-specific supervision.
The bar is simple and unforgiving: if the ledger cannot be independently verified, it is not evidence.
What you will do
- Design and operate an append-only, tamper-evident ledger with verifiable inclusion proofs.
- Build deterministic evidence export packages with signatures third parties can verify offline.
- Implement retention, legal hold, redaction, and jurisdictional handling without breaking verifiability.
- Build regime-specific report generation on top of a single canonical event model.
- Own ledger performance and cost at enterprise event volumes.
- Support external auditors and design-partner internal-audit teams during real reviews.
What we look for
- Strong experience with durable storage, event sourcing, or log-structured systems.
- Familiarity with Merkle structures, transparency logs, or verifiable data structures.
- Practical knowledge of retention, redaction, and privacy constraints in regulated data.
- Care for data integrity that borders on obsessive.
- Ability to write documentation an auditor can follow without an engineer present.
- Comfort operating what you build, including on-call for a system of record.
Experience
- 6+ years in backend or data infrastructure engineering.
- Has built or operated an audit, ledger, or compliance-grade data system in production.
- Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or equivalent audits is a strong plus.
Education
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent professional experience is accepted in place of a degree.
