About the role
You will build the enforcement core of Orcher: the policy evaluation and verification path every agentic action passes through before it touches a system of record. This is latency-sensitive, correctness-critical work where being wrong has institutional consequences.
What you will do
- Design and implement the pre-commit verification path for agent actions
- Build policy evaluation with predictable latency under enterprise load
- Define failure semantics: what happens when verification cannot complete
What we look for
- Deep experience with distributed systems in regulated or high-consequence environments
- Fluency in a systems language and in reasoning about correctness under partial failure
- Comfort operating with very little process and very high ownership
