About the role
Establish Dipp AI’s product design language and make high-dimensional systems legible. Work across operator consoles, policy authoring, evidence exploration, and product storytelling.
What you will do
- Own product design from research through implementation
- Design policy, routing, review, and evidence workflows
- Build an accessible design system
- Prototype and test with enterprise users
- Partner closely with frontend engineering
What we look for
- 7+ years designing technical B2B products
- Portfolio showing complex workflows made clear
- Excellent interaction, information, and visual design
- Strong prototyping and systems-design skills
- Ability to establish a function from first principles
