About the role
Own foundational services that evaluate directives before models touch enterprise systems. The work spans distributed state, deterministic policy evaluation, resilient orchestration, and evidence-rich execution.
What you will do
- Design low-latency directive evaluation and orchestration services
- Define contracts among routing, identity, authority, and evidence
- Build for graceful degradation and deterministic recovery
- Lead architecture reviews and mentor senior engineers
- Create performance and correctness benchmarks
What we look for
- 10+ years in distributed systems or infrastructure
- Deep experience with Go, Rust, Java, or equivalent
- Strong consistency, queues, storage, and failure-mode knowledge
- Experience operating high-availability multi-tenant systems
- Ability to simplify complex architectures
