What we are building
Dipp AI Technologies is on a mission to close the gap between AI’s advanced reasoning capabilities and an enterprise’s ability to trust it with real work: verifiable, cost-disciplined, and in control of its own data.
We build Orcher, the agentic control plane that enforces Human-in-the-Role across seven components, and Dipp Intelligence, our Enterprise Superintelligence solution that compounds on verified execution.
Work directly with the founding team, building for customers from startups to Fortune 100 companies across industries. Help enterprises adopt frontier models, open weights and new compute providers without surrendering authority, economics or data control.
About the role
You will own product areas across Orcher's seven components — directive interface, policy, identity, evidence, data boundary, routing economics, and observability — and decide what ships in what order.
The customers are enterprise platform, risk, and compliance leaders. Their requirements arrive as control frameworks and audit findings, not as feature requests. Your job is to convert them into a product that engineers can build and operators actually want to use.
You will spend real time in design-partner deployments, watching how governed autonomy behaves in production.
What you will do
- Own roadmap and requirements for assigned Orcher components, from discovery to adoption.
- Translate regulatory and control-framework requirements into concrete product behaviour.
- Write crisp specifications and decision documents engineers can build from.
- Define success metrics tied to governed outcomes, not vanity usage.
- Run design-partner feedback loops and prioritise ruthlessly against them.
- Partner with go-to-market on positioning, pricing inputs, and enablement.
What we look for
- Experience owning technical B2B products — infrastructure, security, data, or compliance.
- Comfort reasoning about architecture with senior engineers.
- Excellent written communication; specs and narratives are the medium here.
- Experience selling into or building for regulated industries.
- Ability to say no clearly and explain the trade-off.
- Genuine interest in AI governance rather than AI hype.
Experience
- 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years on technical or platform products.
- Has shipped products used by enterprise customers under security and compliance review.
- Early-stage experience is a strong plus.
Education
- BS or MS in a technical, business, or analytical field.
- Equivalent professional experience is accepted in place of a degree.
