About the role
Own the company security program while helping Orcher embody defensible controls across product security, assurance, incident readiness, vendor risk, and enterprise reviews.
What you will do
- Own security roadmap, risk register, and assurance program
- Lead SOC 2 and subsequent compliance work
- Run architecture reviews, threat models, and incident exercises
- Answer customer security and privacy assessments
- Set secure development and vulnerability practices
What we look for
- 8+ years in product security, cloud security, or GRC
- Experience leading SOC 2 or equivalent assurance
- Strong cloud and application security knowledge
- Ability to work with enterprise security teams
- Hands-on orientation suited to a small startup
