About the role
Turn Dipp AI’s architecture into an enduring engineering organization and production platform. Own technical execution across routing, authority, evidence, identity, and enterprise data boundaries while setting the quality bar for systems deployed into critical workflows.
What you will do
- Own the engineering strategy and multi-year Orcher architecture
- Recruit and develop a high-trust multidisciplinary team
- Establish production, security, reliability, and release standards
- Partner with product and research on the seven-component roadmap
- Lead design partnerships and enterprise deployment reviews
What we look for
- 12+ years building distributed or enterprise infrastructure
- 5+ years leading senior engineering organizations
- Track record shipping security-sensitive platforms
- Fluency in cloud architecture, data systems, and applied AI
- Clear technical judgment and executive communication
